Kitchen equipment includes dish washer, refrigerator, grill, oven, gas-hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing table, all crockery, cutlery and glassware, kitchen utensils with pots and pans, vacuum cleaner and all other miscellaneous kitchen items

TV & licence fee and broadband internet are included. This house also has a very large conservatory to relax in.

For students not bringing their own car we can supply a duvet, pillows, sheets & towels free of charge (please ask if you require these)
